As our season concludes and I reflect, I acknowledge how much I missed this winter.
The transition from living in the trailer park, so close to the mountain, to being homeowners and working to better our dwelling impeded days spent in the mountains.
Working towards a future goal has been both important and necessary but the simplicity of trailer living began was made glaringly apparent by comparing days spent on the hill this season vs last.
Not to mention the drier than normal conditions we were given in the dead of winter with harsh, harsh cold temps.
Alas many pow days were had and a few posed the opportunity for light and love to be captured.
